1. General Retention Rules (Applied Globally)
- Active users: Data retained while account is active
- Account deletion:
- Soft delete → 30 days
- Hard delete → after 30 days
- Backups: Overwritten within 90 days
- Anonymised analytics: Retained indefinitely
